About us
Stonegarden is the 13 year dream-come-true of founder Andrew Novak. With years of professional hospitality industry experience and graduating with honors from The Culinary Institute of America, Andrew moved to New York City where he learned the art, craft, and love of making bone broth. After leaving New York City and returning to his home state of Minnesota in 2017, the journey towards restaurateurship began after meeting his wife Bailey and their shared passion and love for food and fine dining. Years of hard work, dedication, and planning led to the opening of their first restaurant together, Stonegarden, in November of 2024. A large part of their restaurant's identity is sharing their love of bone broth with the locals of the Twin Cities, and they decided that they needed to share that love with as many people as they can.
